The service

Terms of use.

The terms for creating invitations, hosting events and purchasing event credits with WarmInvite.

Who provides WarmInvite

WarmInvite is made by Sansavision, a subdivision of Sansa Group AB (organisation no. 559111-9507), Soldathemsgatan 20, 415 28 Göteborg, Sweden. Your contract is with Sansa Group AB. Contact support@warminvite.com for questions.

Events and access

Hosts are responsible for accurate event details, permission to use uploaded content and invite contacts, and lawful communication with guests. Guests may participate through event-specific links without a platform account where the host’s access mode permits. A forwarded link may be used by someone else in an open-link event.

Generated images

A host may request an abstract background from a fixed collection direction. The result stays private until the host reviews its content, adds a description, and confirms permission to use it. Adding an image to draft assets does not place it on the invitation; the host must choose it separately. Generated output may be unsuitable or resemble protected material and can be discarded. You remain responsible for reviewing the result and ensuring that your use respects other people’s rights.

Purchases and credits

Before a paid checkout, WarmInvite will show the local total, taxes, guest and message limits, design entitlement, and event service period. Guest access and event operations end 30 days after the event; the host design archive lasts no longer than 12 calendar months from first publication. Initial dates must be within six months, and postponements must leave 30 days of service inside that maximum. Purchased event credits do not expire. A credit is consumed only after successful first paid publication; editing that event during its service period does not consume another.

Continuity and changes

Published event access lasts for the service period described above. Material event changes require a host confirmation before guests are notified. Abuse or unlawful content may require restricted access or removal under a documented review process.

Refunds and statutory rights

Mandatory consumer rights apply. Refund requests, statutory withdrawal and account deletion are different actions. The withdrawal and refunds page explains how to contact us and request an Apple purchase refund. These terms do not limit rights that apply under the law in your country.
