You stay in control.

Privacy requests and event preferences should be available to guests as well as hosts.

Event information

Guests can use their invitation link to download their own reply or pause optional event reminders. The invitation explains which important notices may still arrive. Guests can also block all WarmInvite email from an organiser or remove their response. Hosts can manage their separate, default-off marketing email choice in account settings. A guest RSVP does not opt anyone into marketing.

What you can do now

Signed-in hosts can download their profile, marketing choice, and owned event details, or review account deletion in account settings. The download excludes guest replies and other people’s data. Guests can use the original invitation link to download, edit or remove their own response, pause reminders, or stop email from that organiser. Private invitations use a verified guest session; public replies use a code sent to the RSVP email. A guest download contains only the response still held for that event and may include sensitive answers or a private note.

The verified request form will open when a staffed privacy reply channel is ready. The privacy notice and regional pages describe the planned request process; this prelaunch build is not accepting general rights requests yet.

Global Privacy Control

WarmInvite currently does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. We recognise a valid browser Global Privacy Control signal. The check stores only a daily aggregate count of signals, without an email address, IP address, account ID, or browser identifier. It does not change your separate marketing-email choice.

Checking this browser’s privacy signal…

Do not send private event details through an unverified support address. The request form checks email control; the privacy team may need additional proportionate verification before disclosing another person’s information.
