Help with WarmInvite.
Find guidance for guests and hosts, or contact us by email.
Email support@warminvite.com with questions about WarmInvite. Include only the information needed to explain the issue. Do not send sign-in codes, card details or another guest’s sensitive information.
Start with questions and answers about invitations, private access, event plans, and purchases.
For guests
If an invitation looks unexpected, confirm the host’s identity using a channel you already trust. Never give a sign-in code to someone else. A guest does not need to install an app to respond to a permitted WarmInvite invitation.
For hosts
The event dashboard will show invitation send status, failed messages, guest requests, and a copy-link fallback. “Provider accepted” does not mean a person read the email.
Report a concern
Guests who can view an invitation can use its “Report a concern” form to flag an image or invitation content. The form gives a reference number. Guests can also stop future WarmInvite emails from that organiser using the invitation page. Hosts can appeal an image removal from their event dashboard. A verified support contact, staffed review and follow-up procedures must be in place before external beta.
The online support form will open when staffed intake is ready. You can contact us by email. Use the invitation page to report image or invitation content concerns.
