Our service providers.
The providers used by WarmInvite and the information involved. Features that are currently unavailable are identified below.
On a narrow screen, scroll the table sideways to read all columns.
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Workers, D1, Durable Objects, R2, Queues, email, security | Account, event, guest, and technical data needed for the service |
| OpenRouter and model providers, including Meta for optional generic imagery | Host-requested AI design and abstract image assistance | Minimised host brief for text; a fixed generic prompt without event details for Muse Image; no guest list, access secrets, or sensitive responses |
| Apple | iOS distribution, in-app purchases, Wallet where enabled | Purchase and pass information required for those features |
| Stripe | Stripe-hosted web checkout when enabled; currently disabled | Purchaser email, billing address, payment details entered on Stripe’s hosted page, and transaction status. WarmInvite receives the payment outcome and provider references, not card numbers. |
Stripe’s privacy information describes the information it handles for people using a merchant’s checkout. Provider locations, roles, and transfer mechanisms must be verified against the actual deployed route. A Cloudflare EU database setting alone does not establish that all processing stays in the EU.
