Cookies & local storage.
WarmInvite limits storage to what helps the service work. This page will be reconciled with the deployed application before launch.
Necessary storage
Sign-in sessions and event-scoped guest access may use secure cookies. Before sign-in, the creation wizard keeps your unsaved invitation details in this browser, including a private address if you enter one. The wizard restores them for seven days after your last edit and deletes expired copies when it next opens. Each editing tab keeps its own copy, and a new tab may resume the latest one. You can discard a tab’s copy in the wizard; saving removes matching copies, and signing out removes all local drafts. Once an event exists, unsynced edits are stored separately by account and event and removed after they sync. Browser storage is not encrypted; other people with access to this browser profile may be able to inspect it. These functions support requested service features and are not advertising identifiers.
Optional technologies
We do not plan cross-site advertising trackers or session replay on private invitations. Optional first-party usage analytics is prepared but disabled by default. It requires an explicit choice on this browser and respects browser GPC and Do Not Track signals. The controls below describe its reports, storage and retention. Marketing email has a separate account preference.
Optional usage analytics
Help us understand which steps people reach. Off unless you choose to allow it on this browser or device. Reports contain only a step and UTC date, without invitation details, guest answers or account IDs. This choice is separate from marketing email.
The choice lasts up to 180 days. Aggregate counts are kept for 35 UTC dates. A daily hash of the network address and random report ID is kept through that UTC day to limit abuse and duplicates. You can turn this off here at any time to stop future reports. Counts do not include account or event identifiers.
Optional analytics collection is currently off.
